- There are lots of programs worth mentioning in April at the Smithtown Public Library- Commack Building. The list goes from exercise classes to book discussion groups! - The Spring Jazz Festival brings notable musicians to Jazz Loft in Stony Brook. It's interesting to see the neighborhood becoming the music scene of Long Island with diverse events throughout the year and the new LI Music & Entertainment Hall Of Fame. - The Smithtown Patch congratulates Smithtown High School West student Ben Rosen, who won third place in the International Ocean Film Festival. - The St. James Chamber of Commerce hosts a free Egg Hunt for kiddos aged 1-10! The event is weather permitting. Parents are asked to stay with their kids and bring a basket and a camera to take pictures with the Easter Bunny!
