A Hamptons Bays woman was arrested for DWI after she drove into a post. And Southampton's Honor Flight nonprofit is once again bringing veterans to Washington, D.C. after a pandemic break.

1. Lisa Finn tells us that the last day to drop off items for Habitat For Humanity at the North Sea transfer station is Wednesday, Nov. 24. Officials said Southampton residents really pitched in to donate. (Patch)
2. Lisa Finn reports that a Hampton Bays woman was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a single-car crash Wednesday night. Paula Lester, 65, struck a light post at 9:47 p.m. at Skippers Cottages on E. Montauk Highway. (Patch)
3. Southampton-based Honor Flight Long Island Honor Flight Long Island resumed its first flight since 2019 last month. Nine World War II veterans were given free, chaperoned flights to the Washington, D.C. war memorial erected in their honor. (Dan's Papers)
