Good morning, people of Southampton! I'm here with the latest issue of the Southampton Daily.

The official latest count of tornadoes that hit on Long Island is now four, including one in Westhampton. A new ranking of the nation's most expensive zip codes shows some shuffling of Hamptons' rankings.

  1. The official number of tornadoes that touched down on Long Island Saturday is now at four: Levittown, East Islip, Shirley and Westhampton. The touchdown on the South Fork was between Westhampton and Remsenburg. (Patch)
  2. Hedges checks out this year's list from Property Shark of the most expensive zip codes in the nation. The only Long Island spot in the top 10, Sagaponack, dropped from number two to number three this year. Water Mill was #13 and Bridgehampton went from seventh in 2020 to 31st in 2021. Quogue came in at number 38. (Hedges)
  3. Lisa Finn shows a historic house for sale in Sag Harbor: 206 Division St. is for sale for $1.8 million. It has a main house and a cottage, both built in the 1800s with period details intact. (Patch)
