  1. Early Thursday, Raul BonillaPerez, 32, from Southampton was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, police said. BonillaPerez failed to maintain his lane of travel on Noyac Road in Southampton; further police investigation revealed that BonillaPerez was intoxicated, police said. (Southampton Patch)
  2. Can you spell tradition? Students in the Southampton Intermediate School participated in a spelling bee, after a pandemic pause. Students in grades 5 to 8 competed individually in their classrooms, with the top-scoring students moving into a second, schoolwide competition. Taking first place was fifth grader Brooklyn DeVito, who will now move on to the Scripps National Spelling Bee, wrote Lisa Finn of the Patch. (Southampton Patch)
  3. New series, 'Selling The Hamptons,' debuts on Discovery+. A new series spotlights luxury real estate brokers showcasing mega million-dollar listings in the Hamptons. The new, eight-episode docu-series, "Selling the Hamptons," is presented by Discovery+. "Larger-than-life personalities, a red-hot seller's market, super exclusive luxury properties and the potential for mega-dollar sales blend into a potent cocktail of real estate drama and real-world competition," a release for the series said.
