$200,000 Worth Of Handbags Stolen From Nassau Store
Police say three men broke a window and made off more than two dozen valuable designer handbags.
SYOSSET, NY — Nassau County police are searching for a group of men who stole hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of designer handbags from a store in Syosset.
According to police, officers responded to Designer Exchange, located at 18 Jackson Ave., at 3:30 a.m. on April 6 and found that a window on the store was broken. An investigation found that three men broke into the store and stole 30 handbags worth more than $200,000.
The three men fled north on Cold Spring Road in a silver or gray four-door Honda sedan.
