Man Exposes Himself To Woman In Nassau Parking Lot: Police
The man was charged with two counts of public lewdness and one count of stalking, police say.
SYOSSET, NY — A Queens man exposed himself to a woman on consecutive days in Syosset, police said.
Ryan Paul Sabin, 42, was spotted by a 27-year-old woman standing outside of his vehicle at a parking lot on Michael Drive. His pants were down and he was exposing himself, police said.
Sabin was observed again the next morning by the same victim before fleeing the scene, police said.

Officers were notified and following an investigation.
Sabin was located in New Hyde Park at 3:40 a.m. on Friday and placed under arrest without incident, police said.

Further investigation revealed that he was also responsible for another public lewdness incident that on Wednesday, May 28 in Jericho, authorities said.
Sabin is charged with two counts of public lewdness and one count of fourth-degree stalking, police said.
He was scheduled to be arraigned on Friday at First District Court in Hempstead.
