New American Restaurant Opens Doors In Syosset
Hilltop Kitchen & Bar features unique takes on American dishes, original cocktails and an impressive wine menu.
SYOSSET, NY — A new family-run restaurant is replacing the Friendly's that used to be in Syosset.
Hilltop Kitchen & Bar opened its doors earlier this month, and has quickly found a new place among residents' favorite eateries. The restaurant serves contemporary, American-style food. Guests can dine on the Dirty Drunken Ribeye, the Hilltop Chop, and the Potato-Wrapped Trout.
The restaurant is run by the Arahovitis family. According to Newsday, they're Syosset natives with a long history of running restaurants in the area.

In addition to its dishes, Hilltop also has a large and unique drink menu. There are many different craft cocktails to try, like the toasted sesame old fashioned, as well as an extensive wine list.
Hilltop Kitchen & Bar is located at 150 Jericho Turnpike in Syosset. It is open for lunch and dinner, from noon to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and noon to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
