Syosset Man Arrested After Touching Woman at Park: Cops

COLD SPRING HARBOR, NY – A 68-year-old Syosset man was arrested after he inappropriately touched a woman at a Cold Spring Harbor park Friday morning, Suffolk Police said.

According to police, a woman was walking on a trail in Cold Spring Harbor State Park when she was approached by Fengchu Zhou, who inappropriately touched her at about 10:40 a.m.

The woman called police, who arrested Zhou on Lawrence Hill Road a short time later, police said.

Zhou was charged with third degree sexual abuse. He was issued a desk appearance ticket and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on July 30.
