Greenburgh Picking Up Christmas Trees

No appointment is necessary, town officials said.

GREENBURGH, NY — Have you taken down your Christmas tree yet?

If you have, and you live in unincorporated Greenburgh, getting rid of it is easy.

Supervisor Paul Feiner said all you have to do is leave it outside at the curb and the town’s Department of Public Works will pick up the tree.

He said the trees don’t have to be bagged; just take the ornaments off.
