
Sleepy Hollow Police reported to Tarrytown police a car had struck a guard rail on Neperan Road.Â
Tarrytown police responded to where SHPD found the driver on Wilson Park Drive on Dec. 24 at 5:10 p.m.
They arrested the 25-year-old Sleepy Hollow resident for driving while intoxicated.Â
The car was towed, while officers reported no damage to the guard rail.Â
The driver was found to be unlicensed with a suspended Class D permit. He consented to a breathalyzer test which gave a positive DWI reading.Â
The defendant was charged with:
- Operating a vehicle with a BAC .08 or higher, first offense,Â
- driving while intoxicated,Â
- operating without a license,Â
- and aggravated unlicensed in the third degree.Â
