Rage Against the Machine
Tarrytown Police report several rage-related incidents: one between drivers and one against technology.

ATM Rage
On Dec. 5 at 10:50 a.m. the security manager for Citibank at South Broadway came to headquarters to report that at about 8:45 a.m. that day, a Chase customer using the Citibank ATM was unable to withdraw funds. The customer then entered the bank to complain to Citibank staff. When he was advised to contact Chase, he reportedly said, “Who do I contact first, Chase or Citibank, when I blow up the ATM?”
The employee reported that due to customer service agreements, Chase would not release any customer information. Police advised the employee to have the employee to whom the threatening statement was made come to headquarters to make a written statement.
