Here are the top three stories today in Three Village:
- Stony Brook Medicine Orthopedist Dr. Seth Korbin will be at the Smith Haven Mall at the Mall Walkers meeting to teach bone health. The event will be held at the food court on Wednesday, Sept. 28, at 10 a.m. If you want to become a Mall Walkers member, click here to register. (Patch Events)
- Olde Towne Gardens in Setauket is doing a fundraiser in partnership with Agape Meals for kids. Singer Lou Lomangino from Southbound will be at the event. Other local musicians will also be on hand to rock the crowd to benefit children struggling with food insecurity. Save the date for Saturday, Oct. 1, from 6 to 9 p.m. (Patch Events)
- Emma Clark Memorial Library is calling all teens in the community to earn one hour of community service credit by helping senior citizens to understand how to use their devices. A training session will be held on Sept. 30 at 6 p.m. Questions about the program can be sent to teens@emmaclark.org. (Patch)

- The General Election Day is scheduled for Nov. 8. Registered voters can go to various locations in Nassau and Suffolk County to vote early. - Emma Clark Library announced the approval of the 2023 proposed budget. The plan passed by 420 yes, against 70 no. The library thanked the community in a note on its website. (Patch)
- Three Village Historical Society: "And just like that - it’s sweater weather! If you get cold today while shopping at the Three Village Farmer's Market, stop into our History Center exhibits and gift shop to warm up (and snag yourself a zip-up hoodie, too!)."
