  1. The Suffolk Police are searching for a man who stole merchandise from the Kohl's located at 5000 Nesconset Highway in Setauket. A cash reward is being offered to whomever helps to identify the suspect. If you have any information that will lead to an arrest, call 1-800-220-TIPS. (News 12 Long Island)
  2. Thee Village Community Shred Day is set for Saturday, May 7, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The shred truck will be parked at the Emma Clark Memorial Library. There's a limit of five boxes per person. No registration is required. (ECML)
