- Three Village Historical Society hosts the 28th annual Spirits Tour on Saturday, Oct. 22. Tickets are on sale for the tours that will take participants to historic locations in Setauket. For details, visit the Historical Society website here and reserve tickets today. (TBR News Media)
- Three Village Farmers Market is hosting a family fun day on Oct. 28. Community can enjoy over twenty-five vendors, pumpkin carving, spooky surprises, food, and live music. All are welcome. (TVHS)
- Emma Clark Memorial Library will host a Plant-Based Nutrition class via zoom on Tuesday, Oct. 18 at 7 p.m. Dieticians will teach the benefits and nutritional value of the diet and how it can help to reduce blood sugar, control blood pressure, and more. Register here. (Emma Clark Library)
- Ethan Ladd was sentenced to eight years in prison for shooting two men in Port Jefferson Downtown. Ladd pleaded guilty to the incident in 2021. According to reports, a fight between Ethan and two other men started at Tommy Place on Main Street and was carried on to a nearby parking lot, where the shots were fired. (Port Jefferson Patch)

- The Three Village Historical Society has updated its exhibits and gift shop fall hours. News hours are Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from noon until 4 p.m. and Fridays from 2 until 6 p.m. (TVHS)
