Accused Sex-Pest And Former Mayor Giuliani Lists $6.5M UES Apt: Report
Rudolph Giuliani listed his three bedroom apartment in the landmarked Fred Leighton Building is now on the market, reports Insider.
UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Rudy Giuliani is looking to make a deal.
No, not with prosecutors as a probable unnamed and unindicted co-conspirator in the federal case against former President Donald Trump related to their involvement leading to Jan. 6.
Nor is it a deal connected to his $10 million sex abuse case, where a former employee claims to have recorded him saying to her "come here, big tits," according to court documents, as well as a slew of other comments about penises, Jews and Matt Damon's sex life, in addition to claims of sexual coercion.

This deal is much simpler: he's selling his apartment.
The man once known as "America's Mayor" is looking to sell his longtime home inside one of the Upper East Side's most architecturally notable buildings, according to reporting from Insider, at 45 East 66th St, on the corner of Madison Avenue, inside the landmarked Fred Leighton Building.

For $6.5 million, the three-bedroom apartment features "copious original detail," according to unit 10W's Sotheby's listing, including leaded-glass windows, abundant wood paneling, a massive primary bathroom — originally two separate washrooms that were combined at some point — western and northern exposures and access from a "semi-private elevator."
The unit also features a gallery, living room, wood-paneled library, conservatory, oak-paneled dining room with a "carved plaster ceiling," an eat-in kitchen, a butler's pantry and a staff room with an ensuite bath.
Luckily for shoppers, the building permits financing up to a generous 50 percent, according to the listing.
Built in 1906 and landmarked in 1977, the Fred Leighton Building is distinctively known for its heavily ornamented and curved French Renaissance facade, featuring an "eclectic mix of Elizabethan and Flemish Gothic details," according to Cityreality.com.
When built, the 10-story structure was one of the first large apartment buildings in the neighborhood, according to its Landmarks designation.
Insider reports that it's unclear exactly why the former mayor and maybe-former attorney has listed the home, the site of an FBI raid in 2021 during an investigation into his dealings with Ukraine during the Trump presidency.
Giuliani appears to have recorded episodes of his podcast in unit 10W just a week ago, Insider reported. Representatives declined to comment.
