Bicyclist Critically Injured In Early Morning Yorkville Crash: NYPD
Police said the woman, 63, was rushed to the hospital after falling from her bike.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A woman was gravely injured in an early morning bicycle crash in Yorkville, police said.
A 63-year-old was taken to NewYork Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical System in critical condition after police said she lost control of her bicycle on Third Avenue near East 92nd Street at about 5:30 a.m., and was "ejected" from her bike.
Officials couldn't confirm whether a vehicle was involved in the crash and said the NYPD Highway District's Collision Investigation Squad only had preliminary information available at this time.

Police did confirm that the woman was wearing a helmet.
