Lost Central Park Dog Reunited With Owner, Police Say
Police say they've located the owners of a lonely pup found Tuesday morning on the east side of Central Park.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Police have found the owners of a lost dog found in Central Park Tuesday morning, police said.
Police initially put out a call for help around 10:30 a.m. saying in a tweet that the solitary pup had been found that morning near East 89th Street.
That plea was accompanied by a photo of the brown dog looking dapper in a greenish knit sweater.

About an hour later, the NYPD's 19th Precinct said that they had found the owners of the dog, named Hugo.
"Hugo has been safely reunited with his humans," the precinct said. "Thanks to everyone who shared."
