Driver Flees Early Morning Upper East Side Collision With Biker: NYPD
A 33-year-old was injured when a man driving a white Mercedes-Benz van crashed into him Tuesday morning, police said.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Police are looking for a white Mercedes-Benz van that fled the scene of a crash that left a biker injured on an Upper East Side street Tuesday morning, officials said.
A 33-year-old man was riding his bicycle on East 76th Street near Park Avenue when the driver of a white Mercedes-Benz collided into him, police said.
As the man lay injured on the pavement, the van quickly fled the scene, officials said.

According to the NYPD, the man was brought to a nearby hospital for his wounds, but could not provide any more detail as to the extent of his injuries.
