Ying Liu, 78, was last seen around 2:30 p.m. Thursday near East 66th Street and Third Avenue, about a block from her home, police said Friday morning. Liu was wearing a red bucket cap, blue jacket, black pants and black sneakers, according to police. Anyone who sees her should call 911 immediately, police said.
