Man's Body Found Hanging From Central Park Tree, Cops Say
Police found a man hanging from Central Park tree near East 74th Street Sunday, officials said.

CENTRAL PARK, NY — A man's body was discovered hanging from a Central Park tree last weekend, according to police.
The 48-year-old man was found inside the park near East 74th Street and East Drive about 6:30 a.m. Sunday, according to police.
Emergency responders pronounced the man dead at the scene, police said.

City medical examiners will conduct an investigation to determine the man's exact cause of death, police said. The NYPD did not release his name.
