Subway Flasher Groped Woman On Upper East Side Train, Police Say
The incident occurred on a downtown 4 train near 86th Street and Lexington Avenue, according to the NYPD.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY – On Thursday, Aug. 15 at about 9 a.m., a 29-year-old woman was riding a southbound 4 train near E. 86th Street and Lexington Avenue when a man approached her, exposed himself, and grabbed her buttocks, police said.
The woman wasn’t injured in the attack, according to police.
On Monday, the NYPD released a photo of the suspected subway flasher, and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying and locating him.

Gov. Kathy Hochul deployed the National Guard into the subway system in March 2024. She has said she plans to keep the Guard in the system until at least the end of the summer.
