Woman Groped In Early Morning UES Subway Grab: Police

Officials said a pervert grabbed a woman's buttocks inside the 59 Street subway station early Friday morning.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A man grabbed at a woman's buttocks as she walked up the stairs inside the 59th Street subway station, according to police.

On Friday morning at about 6:40 a.m., a 34-year-old woman was walking up the stairs at the 59th Street station near the 4 train when a man grabbed her buttocks from behind, officials said.

The pervert continued to follow the woman inside the station before running away down an escalator, police said.

Officials released photos of an individual they claim is connected to the incident, adding that the man wore grey pants, a black backpack and had an iPad.
