The woman called a 68-year-old woman a "Karen," before pepper-spraying her in the face, the Daily News reported.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — An arrest has been made after a woman was pepper-sprayed in the face after being called a "Karen" earlier this week on the Upper West Side, according to police and reports.
Bronx resident Fraylee Liranzo, 26, was arrested Wednesday and charged with assault of a person over 65-years-old, police said.
The 68-year-old woman was reportedly calling out a group for jumping over the turnstiles at the 66th Street 1 train station about 3 p.m. on Monday, when a different woman walked up to her and called her a "Karen," and told her to "mind her business," according to the Daily News and NYPD.

She then immediately shot pepper spray into the 68-year-old woman's face, before fleeing the scene, police said.
