NYPD Seeking Info Following Repeated UWS Burglaries

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY – The NYPD is seeking the public's help locating a person sought in connection with two burglaries on the Upper West Side.
According to police, on May 30 around 4:30 a.m., a man entered Unique News and Smoke at 2218 Broadway by breaking the glass front door. Once the man was inside, he removed 380 packs of Newport and Marlboro cigarettes and 275 scratch-off lottery tickets.
Additionally, on July 12 just after 5 a.m., a man entered the same location by breaking the glass front door and removed 400 packs of cigarettes and 663 scratch-off lottery tickets. According to police, the man left the store and went into the subway.
