Two incumbents in district, which covers part of Seaford, seek new terms.

Longtime North Massapequa firefighter Frank Nocerino and recently appointed fire commissioner Ralph Raymond will be running unopposed when the district holds elections next month, officials have announced.
Nocerino, a resident of the district which includes part of Seaford, will be seeking another five year term.
He has been a member of the department since 1970.
Raymond was appointed in June following the death of commissioner John Erickson. He will be running to fill out the final year of the term.
If elected, Raymond will be eligible to run again a year from now for the full five year term.
Polls will be open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Dec. 10 at Fire Department headquarters located at 1000 North Broadway in North Masapequa.
All residents of the district who were registered to vote prior to Nov. 17 are eligible to take part in the election.
