James Taylor Announces Jones Beach Tour Date

WANTAGH, NY. — Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter James Taylor will be playing a concert at the Northwell at Jones Beach Theater Jun. 23, the singer announced Tuesday.

In an announcement on his website, Taylor said he would be playing 36 shows later this year with his "All-Star Band," beginning his worldwide tour Apr. 26 in Highland, CA. For New Yorkers, the only opportunities to see Taylor in-state will be the Wantagh concert, a concert in Bethel on Jun. 18 and a concert in Saratoga Springs Jun. 29. International dates on Taylor's tour include performances in Cork and Dublin, Ireland; Halifax, Edinbrugh, London and Scarborough, UK; and one concert in Amsterdam.

The full slate of concert dates can be found on the singer's website, while prospective concert goers can find out where to park, what's allowed into the theater and what they can eat and drink once they're there by visiting the theater's website.

Tickets are scheduled to go on sale Jan. 14 at 10 a.m., Taylor's announcement reads.
