Veterans Day: On Monday we honor those who served in our armed forces. Patch will give all the details about what you need to know about the holiday including a ceremony in Wantagh.
Football: Both Wantagh and Seaford have playoff semifinal games this weekend. Wantagh will take on Garden City Friday night at 7:30 p.m. at Hofstra in the Conference II Semifinals, while the Vikings meet West Hempstead Thursday at 7:30 p.m. in a class IV semifinal.
Town Board: The Hempstead town board meets at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
PTA: THe Mandaly PTA will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
Career Coaching: The Wantagh Library will host a career coaching workshop from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
