Angel Garcia, 43, was arrested and charged with manslaughter on Thursday in connection to the killing of an Inwood man, police said.
INWOOD, NY —A man accused of shooting and killing a person in Inwood was arrested and charged with manslaughter on Thursday, police said.
Angel Garcia, 43, was charged with manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
On July 5, officers found Angel Cruzeta, 30, with a gunshot wound to his face on Vermilyea Avenue near West 204th Street, police said.
