Arrest Made After Man Shot In The Face And Killed In Inwood: NYPD

INWOOD, NY —A man accused of shooting and killing a person in Inwood was arrested and charged with manslaughter on Thursday, police said.

Angel Garcia, 43, was charged with manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

On July 5, officers found Angel Cruzeta, 30, with a gunshot wound to his face on Vermilyea Avenue near West 204th Street, police said.

He was rushed to Harlem Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
