INWOOD — The delicate art of the breakfast burrito has been perfected in an Inwood coffee shop, decreed by Eater to serve one of the best in New York City.

"Listed on a separate, handwritten sign is the breakfast burrito," Eater tells its readers. "Crispy home fries, gooey cheddar cheese, creamy avocado, and a thin omelet are rolled up in a flour tortilla with the choice of protein."

"The eggs should be scrambled, although there’s at least one example where they work when fried. Meat isn’t required, but a good flour tortilla is. Cheese is the glue that holds it all together, but it wouldn’t be a breakfast burrito without the crunch of hash browns, tater tots, or french fries. Only a handful of spots in New York City meet these exacting criteria."

Eater's reporters aren't the only New Yorkers to hold the little coffee shop's breakfast burrito in high esteem.

"Y'all. Chiming in to validate the many reviews about how the chorizo breakfast burrito is the truth and how you are definitely missing out if you've never stepped foot in this place," wrote the rare satisfied Yelp reviewer.

"It's pretty filling-- If I have it around 11a, I'm set until late dinner time. What more could you want?"
