NYPD told CBS News that the driver was listening to music inside the running parked car, when he says the vehicle suddenly accelerated on its own.
Nobody was seriously hurt and no charges are expected to be filed, reported CBS News.
The photo of the stacked cars made the rounds on Upper Manhattan Facebook pages over the past couple of days, with one person writing with obvious sarcasm, "New double parking method!"
