The two Inwood addresses are not vacant buildings. 3761 10th Avenue is home to the Hiran Auto Repair Shop, and the Guddy's 2 Deli and Grocery is at 3769 10th Avenue, according to Google Maps.
It is unclear what will happen to these businesses, the timeline on the city's plan for the two properties, and which schools will come into the neighborhood. There have been no demolition or new building permits filed with the city for the two addresses.
