Fat Joe, Eric Adams To Give Out Free Groceries In Wash Heights
The rapper and NYC native Fat Joe will join Eric Adams and others on Wednesday to hand out free groceries in Washington Heights and Inwood.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — It's not the most likely of groupings, but the rapper Fat Joe, Mayor-elect Eric Adams, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr., and radio host Angie Martinez will be in Washington Heights and Inwood on Wednesday handing out free groceries.
The group will be joined by Krasdale Foods, which is one of the largest grocery distributors in New York City.
The first grocery handout in Upper Manhattan on Wednesday will take place at 519 West 207th Street in Inwood from 1-2:30 p.m.

The second uptown location will be at 3806 Broadway, between West 158th and 159th Streets, from 3-4:30 p.m.
The free grocery bags will contain food products to help make a Thanksgiving dinner, including chicken bouillon, and other canned goods such as beans, rice, cranberries, stuffing, tomato sauce, vegetables, and milk.

The group will also be making an 11 a.m. stop in The Bronx.
In total, the group will give away 3,000 grocery bags filled with over $36,000 worth of goods.
