Gun-Point Jewelry Robbery In Inwood Fried Chicken Shop: VIDEO
Customers dropped themselves to the ground in fear as a man with a gun came storming into John's Fried Chicken in Inwood, video shows.

INWOOD, NY — An Inwood fried chicken spot recently exploded into chaos when a man jumped off the back of a motorbike and came storming into the business with a gun pointed demanding people's jewelry, police said and video released on Wednesday night shows.
The robbery happened Sunday around 8:15 p.m. at John's Fried Chicken at 512 West 207th Street, police said.
Two men arrived on a blue motorbike, before one of the men rushed into the business with his gun drawn demanding people's property, police said.

The scared customers did their best to put their hands up and make themselves as small as possible against the walls, video shows.
The gun-toting robber ended up snatching a necklace with a pendant featuring the number "72" and fled the store — jumping back on the motorbike and taking off toward Sherman Avenue, police said.

No shots were ever fired and no injuries were reported, police added.
