Man Slashed In The Neck Outside Inwood Lounge: Police
A man was slashed in the neck as he was leaving a restaurant and lounge in Inwood early Sunday morning, authorities said.

INWOOD, NY – A 29-year-old man was having a few drinks in Inwood early Sunday morning when he was attacked by an unknown man, officials said.
At closing time – about 3:30 a.m. – the victim was leaving a bar at 3775 10th Avenue when another man slashed him on the right side of the neck “with the intent to cause serious physical harm,” a police spokesperson told Patch.
The victim managed to escape his attacker and drove himself to Lincoln Hospital in the South Bronx, cops said, where he was treated for a minor laceration.

No arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing. It’s unclear what led to the slashing, or if the two men knew one another.
The address police provided corresponds to the Luxor, a restaurant and lounge near Dyckman Park.
