NEW YORK, NY — It is the first weekend of June and there's plenty to do around New York City in the coming days.

This weekend's events include a queer book fair and a massive block party in Brooklyn.

A mutual aid group focused on providing free books to the community is hosting a free Queer book fair this weekend in Astoria.

The Rolling Library's Queer book fair will take place on Saturday, June 3, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on 31st Avenue and 34th Street.

Bushwick Collective Block Party: Bushwick, Brooklyn

The 12th Annual Bushwick Collective Block Party will take place Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 7 Scott Ave.

The day will feature a celebration spanning three blocks with graffiti, street art, live music performances, and food trucks and vendors.

Hippo Campus With Gus Dapperton: Central Park, Manhattan

Summer time means the returns of the SummerStage performances in Central Park.

Hippo Campus will perform with Gus Dapperton on Saturday from 7 to 10 p.m.

Kevin Hart: Forest Hills Stadium, Queens

Kevin Hart is coming to Queens this weekend for his Reality Check tour.

The world-famous comedian will perform Sunday at 7 p.m. at Forest Hills Stadium.

The New Queens Pride: Jackson Height, Queens

The New Queens Pride Parade and Multicultural Festival is the second oldest and second largest pride parade in New York City.

The event will begin at noon, with the parade route heading down 37th Avenue from 75th to 89th streets in Jackson Heights.

Barry Manilow: Radio City Music Hall, Manhattan

The legendary Barry Manilow is returning to Radio City Music Hall with a 50-piece orchestra.

The show will start at 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
