JAPAN Fes: NoMad, Manhattan and Park Slope, Brooklyn

JAPAN Fes started in 2016 and is now the world's largest Japanese food festival.
The event that includes more than 750 vendors will run from May through October in various locations across the city, starting this weekend in Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Latin Food & Music Festival: 272 Meserole St., Brooklyn
Midnight Market and the Salsa Project NYC are combining forces for a night of Latin American cuisine, entertainment, culture, and cocktails.
Free salsa lessons will kick off at 7 p.m.

Head In The Clouds Music Festival: Forest Hills Stadium, Queens
A two-day music festival will take place in Queens this weekend.
Dozens of groups will perform over the two days.

New York Liberty vs. Indiana Fever: Barclays Center, Brooklyn
The New York Liberty have their WNBA home opener on Sunday against the Indiana Fever.
Star player Breanna Stewart will also make her highly anticipated debut for the Liberty.
