'A' Train Won't Run Through Most Of Wash Heights For Next 3 Weekends

There will be no 'A' train service between 168th Street and 207th Street for the next three weekends.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — For those uptowners planning weekend travels for the foreseeable future, you might have to change your logistics as the 'A' train won't be running through the majority of Washington Heights for the next three weekends.

Due to accessibility improvement work in the stations, there will be no 'A' train service between 168th Street and 207th Street on March 31 to April 3, April 7 to 10, and April 14 to 17.

That means the 'A' train will not be stopping from Friday at 9:45 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m. at 175th Street, 181st Street, 190th Street, or Dyckman Street.
