A scaled-back Dominican Day Parade rolled down 6th Avenue on Sunday, but the celebration, energy, and pride were still on full display.
UPPER MANHATTAN, NY — The Dominican Day Parade took over 6th Avenue on Sunday, and many Upper Manhattan elected officials took part in the festivities.
The parade, which was livestreamed across multiple platforms, had a special "Moving Forward" theme in 2021 to signify the community's reemergence from the coronavirus pandemic.
