Window Turns Red With Blood As Inwood Gunman Fires Into Car: NYPD
NYPD are looking for a gunman who fired shots this week into a car at West 204th Street. Viewer discretion is advised for the video.

INWOOD, NY — A bone-chilling video shows a gunman casually walking out of a car in Inwood, approaching a parked vehicle with its front door open, and firing multiple shots into the vehicle at a passenger until a window turns red with blood.
The attack happened around 1 a.m. on Monday in front of 619 West 204th Street as a 20-year-old man was sitting in his car, police said.
The gunman struck the man multiple times in the groin and left leg, before he ran back into a dark-colored Ford and sped off eastbound on West 207th Street, police said.

The injured man was taken by private means to New York-Presbyterian Allen Hospital in stable condition, police added.
NYPD released a video of the attack on Friday to Patch. The video contains graphic content, viewer discretion is advised.

The video shows the shooter firing off multiple somewhat wild-looking shots, with the last one causing an explosion of blood to appear on the passenger window of the car.
There have been no arrests as of Friday morning and police have not released a motive.
