WEST VILLAGE, NY — Calling all cat (food) lovers!
A Michelin Star chef and Fancy Feast are teaming up for an Italian pop-up restaurant that will serve meals inspired by cat food.
"Gatto Bianco by Fancy Feast" will open at 632 Hudson St. near Horatio Street in the West Village on Aug. 11th and 12th, according to a press release and its OpenTable reservation site.

Fancy Feast's chef Amanda Hassner will work alongside Michelin Star winning Italian chef Cesare Casella to create a menu she says will help cat owners understand how their cats experience food.
"Food has the power to connect us to others in meaningful ways and take us to places we have never been," Hassner said in a news release. "The same is true for our cats."
There are just 16 tables for guests on the two days, with reservations going live on OpenTable at noon Thursday.

The menu includes Salmone Osso Buco, Tuscan rigatoni and lemon panna cotta.
OpenTable calls Gatto Bianco a "Esplorazione Culinaria," or, a "Culinary exploration for cat lovers."
