Don Angie Owners Ink Deal For New Venture On West Village Corner
The restaurant group Quality Branded will take over another spot in the West Village.

WEST VILLAGE, NY — The owners behind Don Angie and a slew of other restaurants in New York City inked a deal for space on a West Village corner, according to the firm that represented the landlord.
Quality Branded, a restaurant group that owns Quality Eats, Don Angie, Smith & Wollensky, among other eateries, will open another venture on the corner of Bank Street and Greenwich Avenue, the firm Lee & Associates NYC announced.
Co-founders Michael and Alan Stillman signed a 15-year lease for the 5,600-square-foot ground floor and lower level space. The asking price was $200 per square foot, according to Lee & Associates.

The space was formerly home to the Spanish restaurant Barraca, a tapas and sangria restaurant that shuttered in 2015 after it was seized for not paying taxes, Eater wrote at the time.
What restaurant or venture Quality Branded have in store for the heart of Greenwich Village is unknown. A representative for the restaurant group said there's no further information about any new restaurants as of yet.
The restaurant group was founded by the father-and-son team in 2007 as Fourth Wall Restaurants, according to Quality Branded's website. It changed its name in 2016, and now has restaurants in New York City, Miami Beach and Denver with more than 160 employees.
