Another offering is a cute sugar bear to accompany beverages, called simply "Little Bear."
"We are thrilled to bring Sing to Manhattan," said owner Jason Jiangnan Zheng in a press release. "Our modern kitchen equipment and technologies allow us to reimagine the culinary traditions of Cha Chaan Teng, meanwhile achieving heightened quality and consistency. We eagerly anticipate understanding the preferences of our New York patrons and adapting our menu accordingly."
Sing's first cafe opened in China, where they now have 16 locations. Earlier this year, a Sing cafe opened in the Tangram Mall in Flushing.
The cafes are part of Rice Noodle Inc., a new hospitality group that also owns Asia Rice Noodles, a fast-casual spot which opened in September in Greenpoint.
