Man Killed In Washington Square Park Daylight Knifing: Police
A 35-year-old was man stabbed in the chest in broad daylight Wednesday afternoon, police said.

WEST VILLAGE, NY — A man was stabbed to death inside Washington Square Park Wednesday afternoon, police said.
The 35-year-old victim was stabbed in the chest inside the iconic park just before 4:30 p.m., according to officials.
First responders brought the bleeding man to Lenox Hill Healthplex Greenwich Village, where doctors declared him dead, police said.

Police officials did not identify any suspects or release any images of people being sought for questioning, but the Daily News reported that the attack could have been part of a longstanding feud between the victim and two other men in the northern end of the park.
