Rapper Slashed Inside West Village Nightclub, Reports Say

WEST VILLAGE, NY — The rapper EverybodyKnowsLo was slashed twice across the face inside a West Village nightclub, according to police and media reports.

The star, whose real name is Lowell Grissom, was attacked inside The Anthony nightclub early Tuesday, police sources told the New York Post. An NYPD spokesman confirmed to Patch that a 31-year-old man was attacked inside The Anthony, located at 183 Bleecker St., at 2:40 a.m.

Grissom took a cab to Beth Israel hospital where he received dozens of stitches for his wounds, police said.
