WEST VILLAGE, NY — It's the last week of business as usual of the year for many in the Big Apple as the holiday season kicks into high gear.
For New Yorkers, that also might mean finding a festive bar or restaurant for a holiday outing, and according to this new list from Eater, these three West Village-area spots have you covered.
They all made a list compiled by Eater of the "20 NYC Restaurants and Pop-Up Bars Decked Out for the Holidays," featuring places that went above and beyond to make the holiday season sparkle.

Eater points out that at Rosemary's dedication to the holidays is clear before you step into the door, with a massive Christmas tree on its roof that they claim is visible from three blocks away.
Inside, Eater writes, diners can discover more refined decor, like "tasteful holiday lighting; another, smaller tree packed with gold ornaments, lights, and red bows; garlands on the ceiling; and wreaths adorning the brick walls and the garland-strung staircase to the second floor."
Ollie (64 Downing St.)
Once again, Ollie brought back a New York and Boston-based Maccabee Bar Hanukkah Pop-Up to its cocktail bar.
Eater writes that "the West Village cocktail bar is decked out with dreidels and other decorations. The menu has a full menu of themed drinks, like Manischewitz Jell-o shots, and latkes."
The menu offers fun cocktails with names like Hebrew Hammer, Ocho Kandelikas, Hot Bubbie and of course, Manischewitz Jello shots alongside bites like latkes, bambas, a reuben and a sufganiyot from The Doughnut Project (Wednesdays-Sunday only).
The pop-up runs until Dec. 30.
Old Homestead Steakhouse (56 Ninth Ave.)
This old-school steakhouse is bright and cheery for the holidays, according to Eater, where "lights align the walls and ceilings with holiday decor galore."
The spot is also namechecked on Eater's list of the city's best steakhouses and on a list of where New Yorkers can find prime rib.
For those really looking to dine festive, the restaurant is also open on Christmas and New Years Eve.
