Trendy Restaurateur Eyes New French Spot In Greenwich Village
Jon Neidich, the man behind some of the newest hits in the Manhattan nightlife scene, is planning a new spot on Sixth Avenue.

GREENWICH VILLAGE, NY — The neighborhood is about to get a whole lot trendier.
Swanky restaurateur and CEO of Golden Age Hospitality, Jon Neidich, is reportedly looking to open a new French spot in Greenwich Village, according to Community Board documents.
Neidich, who is responsible for hits like The Nines, Le Dive, Acme and West Village cocktail bar, Happiest Hour, will be taking over the 5,000 square-foot space at 260 Sixth Ave., between West Houston and Bleecker streets.

Neidich's application also shows that he has signed up Nicole Gadjahar, formerly of The Loyal and Nix, as executive chef.
According to Eater, a spokesperson for Neidich declined to comment further but did confirm that the project is in the works.
Neidich and his company, Golden Age Hospitality, were profiled by the New York Times last year in an article titled "Millennial Nightlife Swanks Up."
