WEST VILLAGE, NY — There are an endless number of bars to get a cocktail in New York City, which makes getting singled out as one of the "hottest" in the five boroughs all the more impressive.
Eater NY recently put together a list of "NYC's Hottest New Cocktail Bars" for April, and a West Village watering hole made the list.
Bandits, at 44 Bedford St., was one of 15 bars in the five boroughs to earn a spot on the ranking.

Here is what the editors from Eater NY had to say about the Lower Manhattan spot.
"A ’70s-themed diner collides with highbrow cocktail-making at stylish West Village newcomer Bandits," Eater NY wrote. "Grab a seat at one of the bar’s brown leather stools situated underneath a golden disco ball affixed to the ceiling, and ease into cocktails like Bradshaw on Bedford, a frothy pink drink made with rhubarb, rose petal, and sun-dried tomato; and the Smokey Cokey, featuring rum and fernet mixed with a Coca-Cola reduction."
