Woman Charged With SoHo Pride Flag Blaze Found 'Unfit' For Trial: DA
Angelina Cando's trial will be delayed for a week so that prosecutors can review the findings.

SOHO, NY — The woman accused of setting fire to a gay pride flag outside a SoHo restaurant has been found mentally unfit for trial, according to the Manhattan District Attorney's office.
Angelina Cando, 30, was arrested on charges of arson, criminal mischief and reckless endangerment, all as hate crimes, the day after a pride flag outside of the Little Prince restaurant on Prince Street was set on fire, according to officials.
On Tuesday, the DA's office said that after a mental fitness exam, Cando was found unfit for trial. The case will be delayed for a week for the office to review the findings.
