Beautification Committee Seeks Talented Singers and Musicians
The committee is holding a contest to find the best singers for its holiday tree lighting.
The East Quogue Beautification Committee is on a hunt for the best singers and musicians in East Quogue to perform at the hamlet's annual tree lighting ceremony, set to take place at the hamlet green on Dec. 7 at 5 p.m.
To enter, the committee said, simply upload a short video of yourself performing to YouTube and send the link, along with your name, address, phone number, a brief note about yourself and why you would like to perform at the tree lighting, and the name of your holiday themed song choices to eqbeautification@gmail.com by Nov. 23.
Those who would like to be considered, but are not able to upload a video, can call 631-653-4910.
The committee will select the winners on Nov. 25.
