Quogue Village, Police Union Sign Contract Extension

Five-year contract is retroactive June 1, 2010, according to 27East.com.

The Quogue Village Board approved a contract with the village's police union late last month after nearly two years of negotiations, according to an article on 27East.

According to the article, the five-year contract with the Quogue Police Benelovent Association is retroactive June 1, 2010, when the previous contract expired. While annual raises of over 4 percent were previously negotiated, the new contract reportedly calls for 3 percent raises each year.
